Creative Profile Awards - SUBMIT A PROFILE OR A DESIGNER

To submit a profile for review please send an email to submit@creativeprofileawards.com with the following information

Subject: Profile Submission
In the body of the email please include

1. Name of Profile
2. Profile Link
3. Designer Name (if known)
4. Designer URL or Profile
5. Are you the designer, owner or a representative of the profile?
     If yes please include
         A. Your Name
         B. Your Email Address
6. Please include a small description of the profile

To submit a designer for review please send an email to submit@creativeprofileawards.com with the following information

Subject: Designer Submission
In the body of the email please include:

1. Name of Designer/Artist
2. Profile Link
3. Designer URL (if available)
4. Design Field
5. Are you the actual designer?
If yes please include Your Email Address
6. Please include a small description of the designer/artist

Any well designed profile(personal, company etc) on MySpace or any other online community can be submitted for review.
All profiles have to be original designs, No Layouts from free layout sites will be accepted.
Profiles are judged based on the look, flow of content, usability, and its ability to stand out. (To get an idea look through current winners).
